I am a highly motivated, creative, and organized individual, who wants to contribute to a dedicated, creative, and collaborative organizations.  I have extensive experience in a variety of art making practices including drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, digital technologies, ceramics, sculpture, music, and theatre.

Completed extensive studio research projects in drawings, prints, and oil paintings.  Assisted in teaching a variety of undergraduate classes including: Art 102 Advanced drawing, Art 604 Senior Seminar & Practicum, Art 105 Art Survey: Digital Media, Art 124 Design Survey, and Art 107 Intro to Painting.

Completed advanced studio research projects in drawing, and painting.  Learned a variety of techniques for several mediums through a rigorous interdisciplinary practice.  Selected for the Art Honors Exhibtion four consecutive years earning the Frederick R. Polk Library Purchase Award in 2006 and Honorable Mention in 2008.

Lead Texture Artist
COST of Wisconsin
December 2014 - August 2015

As lead texture artist for Avatar Land, a theme park in Disney’s Animal Kingdom; I led a team of talented artists, we fabricated, sculpted and painted trees, vines, roots, and other foliage.  I was responsible for the Quality Assurance of trees both in their structure and overall design.  I experimented with materials to develop new techniques in texturing vines.  Oversaw, managed and assigned personnel to different projects to meet deadlines on time.  Also, I recorded inventory and ordered additional supplies and materials.

To provide students with the skills to become creative independent thinkers and to expose them to the traditional and contemporary role of art, both cross-culturally and historically.  Develop and challenge their conceptual and visual ideas.  Through research, discourse, practice and evaluation the students will learn how the relevancy of art and making in various enviroments cultivates progress and empathy.

Oversee and direct the preparation, cooking, and presentation of culinary dishes; enforcing strict health and hygiene standards, and trouble shooting any problems that may arise.  Work effectively  in a high-pressure environment, through proper time management and organization.  Responsible for developing new pastry dishes for Garde Manager and the preparation of appetizers, salads, and desserts.
